Arsenal have agreed a deal to loan Lukas Podolski to Inter Milan for the second half of the season.
The 29 year old Podolski has had few opportunities to impress this season, having returned from Brazil in the summer after winning the World Cup with the German national side, beating Argentina in the final.
He has also repeatedly suggested to the media and on social media that he would quite like to leave the Emirates Stadium to play more first team football in the future.
It now seems as though he has achieved that.
Italian outlet Corriere dello Sport is reporting that Serie A giants Inter have agreed a six month deal to bring Podolski to the Stadio San Siro.
Should Podolski impress after being given the opportunity at Inter, the Italian club apparently have the opportunity to make the move for the former FC Koln forward permanent written into the agreement.
