Manchester United are preparing a mega offer for Real Madrid star Gareth Bale, in the hope of tempting him back to the Premier League, as reported by fichajes.net.
The former Tottenham Hotspur player has emerged as a surprise target for the Red Devils, after Cristiano Ronaldo seemingly became increasingly difficult to capture.
Despite the player having said that he would like to play for Man Utd again before his career is over, he has since revealed that he has little interest in leaving Real.
Bale missed out on Real’s 3-0 demolition of Liverpool last night with injury, but it seems Man Utd have seen enough since his switch to Spain to convince them that Bale remains good enough to splash out a record breaking transfer bid for the Welsh wing wizard.
According to reports, they are willing to pay a huge €90 million to bring him back to the Premier League.
This would break the record of £59.7 million spent on Angel Di Maria, which they set this summer.
