Chelsea could lose starlet Nathan Ake in the January transfer window, with Turkish giants Besiktas eyeing up a possible move in the winter window.
Reports in Turkey claim that Besiktas are interested in a deal for the 19 year old, who is highly rated by the Stamford Bridge club’s coaching staff.
As a result, there is no willingness on Chelsea’s part to let Ake move on a permanent basis, even if Besiktas were to make a big move for him, according to the Daily Express.
Ake has not had much first team experience for Chelsea, playing only 104 minutes in the Premier League for the Blues over his entire career.
He has, however, been in the match day squad three times this season.
Mourinho is believed to be an admirer of the Dutch midfielder, as evidenced by the fact that, unlike many of Chelsea’s young stars, he has not been loaned out to find more experience elsewhere.
