Arsenal Line Up 10 Goal Striker For January Swoop – reports

Arsenal are lining up a move for Sevilla striker Carlos Bacca in January, but will face competition from other sides in Italy and England.

The Gunners were linked with a move for the striker in the summer, while the transfer window was open, but are believed to have maintained an interest in signing him since the season kicked off.

Admittedly, a defender and defensive midfielder are thought to be the real priority in the January transfer window for the north London side.

However, the Daily Express believes that if Bacca is available for the right price, Wenger will look to bring him in to the club.

Arsenal have already signed one striker this season in the form of former Manchester United man Danny Welbeck, but the remain slightly light up front.

Bacca, who has scored a staggering ten goals in his 15 games for Sevilla in the league thus far this season, would surely improve their options.
