Barcelona are set to make a move for the skilful Manchester United target Juan Cuadrado, despite the fact that the Catalan giant are not able to sign any players in the next two transfer windows, as reported by fichajes.net.
The Nou Camp club are reportedly worried that they could see a player they covet greatly move to Old Trafford in the near future.
Louis van Gaal is thought to have targeted Cuadrado for an extended spell, and the Colombian international did himself no harm with his exceptional displays at the World Cup this summer at Brazil.
There have been rumours in the English press that Van Gaal is going to push forward with another move in the near future, especially now that Cuadrado’s contract problems have come up again.
However, Barca are now intending to get there before Man Utd, and will look to sign him before loaning him out to another side, in order to circumvent FIFA’s ruling against them.
