Spurs Set To Agree £12m Deal For Midfielder With Giants – reports

Tottenham Hotspur are set to agree a deal with Inter Milan for misfit midfielder Paulinho ahead of the January transfer window, with the star out of the manager’s plans.

Inter are confident of securing a deal for the Premier League player, who has struggled to impress since joining the club last summer.

Mauricio Pochettino is not believed to see him as part of his plans going forward, and is hoping to get him off the books.

Inter’s sporting director Piero Ausilio has travelled to London ahead of talks about a possible deal between the two under performing sides, according to the Mirror.

The Italian giants are hopeful of putting together a loan deal that will see Paulinho move to the club until the end of the season, with the option to make the transfer permanent for £12 million at the end of the season.

Pochettino has only given Paulinho one appearance for the club in all competitions this season.
