Man Utd Enter War For Brazilian Star – reports

Manchester United have joined the battle for the Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool targeted Hoffenheim star Roberto Firmino, as reported by the Daily Express.

Firmino’s impressive displays for hsi side in the Bundesliga have seen him called up to the Brazilian national side for the current period of international fixtures.

His inclusion in the Selecao has understandably increased the interest in him going forward, and a series of Premier League sides have targeted him as a possible January signing.

The likes of Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal have all been linked with Firmino in the past, but reports in Germany believe that Man Utd have also entered into the race for the 23 year old midfielder.

Recent games have seen Firmino impress significantly.

He was involved in all three goals during Hoffenheim’s 3-3 draw with Cologne over the last weekend.

There remain doubts over Man Utd’s needs for another attacker, but this does not seem to have deterred Louis van Gaal.
