Arsenal are said to be lining up a massive £18 million January move for Sevilla star Grzegorz Krychowiak, as reported by the Daily Star.
The Polish midfielder joined Sevilla from French side Reims, and since that move, he has impressed heavily in La Liga.
Reports in Spain are now suggesting that Arsene Wenger has been impressed enough to bring Krychowiak into the Emirates Stadium and make him the all-important and missing midfield general for the Gunners.
Krychowiak has been capped 22 times by Poland, and would probably supercede Mikel Arteta, Arsenal’s captain, and Mathieu Flamini in the holding role in Wenger’s midfield.
The French boss has already promised fans of the club that he will go into business in the January transfer market, admitting that they did not get the players that they needed during the summer.
The north London side have struggled since the start of the season, with summer signing Alexis Sanchez aiding them significantly.
Just hope it aint the usual empty hot air rhetorical talk so usual during the transfer window!Wenger act!!!!!!!!
We need world class, not unheard of people
