Man Utd To Pay Off Flop £26m Star – reports

Manchester United are reportedly considering paying off their flop signing Anderson, in order to finally get him out of the club, as reported by the Daily Star.

The Old Trafford side have found it incredibly difficult to shift the Brazilian midfielder in recent years, having seen him fall incredibly far off the pace in terms of getting first team action.

As a result, the Red Devils are reportedly willing to pay him a staggering £1.4 million to depart in January.

While the club are willing to accept any offers for the player from other clubs in the winter window, they are aware that they could find it difficult to shift him.

As a result, if no buyer can be found, the club will pay the huge fee to terminate the player’s contract.

Anderson first moved to Man Utd in 2007, and the club paid a staggering £26 million to sign him at the time.
