£55m Ace Admits Switch To PL Sides Arsenal And Liverpool Possible

Paris Saint Germain striker Edinson Cavani has admitted that a switch to Arsenal or Liverpool in the near future could be possible, as reported by the Daily Express.

The Uruguayan international has struggled to settle in since his move to the French giants, and therefore has been consistently linked with a move to the likes of the two Premier League sides, along with Manchester United.

However, a move has not yet come off, despite considerable links in the summer.

The ex-Napoli forward has insisted that he wants to stay with Paris Saint Germain, but did admit that, given how football works, he could soon find himself moving to another side.

He told Telefoot: “I am good at Paris. And I like it.

“In football we never know what is going to happen the next season, or the next day.

“There are lots of things that could happen in a club.”

This would be something of a boost to both Liverpool and Arsenal, who, despite signing Mario Balotelli and Danny Welbeck respectively, are still believed to be in the market for another striker in the January transfer window, with Cavani, who cost PSG £55m, now a possible target.
