Liverpool Willing To Outbid Arsenal For €31m Forward – reports

Liverpool have emerged as the team most interested in capturing Barcelona forward Pedro, and are apparently willing to outbid Arsenal in their quest for the talented wide man, as reported by fichajes.net.

Pedro has spent his entire career at the Camp Nou, but despite performing well regularly last season, he has seen the Catalan club replace him in the summer.

Luis Suarez’s arrival from Liverpool could herald the end of his time in the first team, and as a result, Pedro is willing to look into a move elsewhere.

Arsenal have been consistently interested in his signature, and could move if Lukas Podolski pushes through his expected departure from the Emirates in January.

However, the Gunners now face stiff competition from their Premier League rivals.

While Arsenal are prepared to offer up to €25 million for the player, Liverpool are so keen on his signature, in an attempt to save their stuttering season, that they are willing to pay €31 million.

This could help them secure Pedro.
