Route Clear For Man Utd To Sign World Class Star – reports

Borussia Dortmund have approached Paris Saint Germain about signing midfield misfit Javier Pastore, leaving the route clear for Manchester United to sign their world class winger Marco Reus, as reported by the Daily Express.

Italian outlets are suggesting that Jurgen Klopp, Dortmund’s manager, is very keen on the Argentina international, and is hoping to sign him in the coming winter transfer window.

Despite interest from Spanish giants Real Madrid, it is believed that Pastore is most interested in a move to the Bundesliga side.

If Pastore were to come into Signal Iduna Park, it would cast doubts upon Reus’ future with the German title challengers.

While Reus is an integral part of Klopp’s side, the club are aware that they could lose him for as little as £20 million next summer, when a release clause become active in his contract.

With this in mind, BVB are keen to secure £30 million for his signature in January, and Man Utd, who have repeatedly been linked with a move, are ideally placed to bag the currently injured forward.

  1. Sign him LvG and get rid of Nani, Young and maybe Valencia to free the wage bill. United needs a fast, pacey winger like Reus, to replace one trick pony’s Young, Nani and Valencia who cannot pass his first man these days. Yes, Ronaldo would be a dream, but that looks hugely unlikely, plus his transfer would cost around the £80 million mark while Reus is on the market for a ridiculous £20 million. If we sign Reus we would have enough to buy a world class centre back, a new right back and a top holding midfielder. United should pull all strings to stop Reus joining Ozil, Ramsey, Wilshere and Sanchez at Arsenal!
