Arsenal Face Huge Competition In Quest For £12M Wonderkid – reports

Arsenal have suddenly received more competition in their quest to sign Paris Saint Germain’s wonderkid Adrien Rabiot, with Italian side Roma thought to be particularly keen on the young midfielder, as reported by the Daily Star.

Arsene Wenger’s side go into tomorrow’s clash with Chelsea having been boosted by a sensational performance against Turkish team Galatasaray in mid week.

The Champions League clash saw Danny Welbeck score his second, third and fourth goals for the Emirates Stadium club, with the former Manchester United man scoring the first senior hat trick of his entire career.

They  have, however, received a blow in their hopes of signing Rabiot.

The young star’s contract with the French giants expires at the end of the season.

Rabiot is keen to move away from PSG, with the hope of playing more first team football and advancing his career.

Arsenal are known to be admirers, but Roma are now thought to be in pole position for a £12 million January move.
