Chelsea And Arsenal Set To Be Snubbed By Goalscoring Sensation

Valencia star Paco Alcacer is set to snub a move to the Premier League in favour of renewing his contract with the Spanish side, as reported by the Daily Express.

Alcacer has been sensational since the start of the new La Liga season, with the 21 year old forward having scored four goals and provided three assists in only six games for Los Che.

As a result, he has been called up to the full Spain international side, winning two caps, and he has attracted interest from a series of elite clubs across Europe.

While this includes the likes of Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, both Chelsea and Arsenal were also thought to be keen on the striker.

The managers of both sides, Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger, are thought to be big fans of the talented young star, and were said to be preparing January moves for the player, in an attempt to bring him to the Premier League.

However, he denied interest in a move, saying: “Do not bother me with this story, I know what I want. When the time comes I will sign a renewal.

“For now I play and when everything’s ready I’ll put the signature on the contract.”
