Man Utd Boost As Rival Star Set To Miss Key PL Tie – reports

Everton star Kevin Mirallas is set to miss the club’s clash with Manchester United, having been hit by the news that he will be out for a month, as reported by the Daily Express.

The Belgian international star suffered the injury during Saturday’s draw in the Merseyside derby against Liverpool, which ended 1-1.

Mirallas was off from the pitch for both goals, having pulled up 30 minutes into the game.

Having faced down on goal, he was instead forced to withdraw from the action, dealing Roberto Martinez with a significant blow.

Everton have had an indifferent start to the new campaign, and it will be a real blow to the Spanish boss to see another key player missing out with a long injury.

It will be a boon to Man Utd, however, with Mirallas reportedly set to miss a month of first team action.

This encompasses the clash between two sides who are expected to challenge for Champions League football.
