26-Year-Old Man Utd Misfit Refuses Move For More Football

Manchester United misfit Anderson has sensationally turned down a switch to play in the newly former Indian Super League, despite the Old Trafford club accepting a three month loan move for their Brazilian star, as reported by Inside Football.

The website cites Tutto Mercato, who said that Indian side FC Pune City had put together a move for the midfielder to join them for the entirety of the competition, which is to last for only three months.

Famous footballers, some of whom have retired for short spells, have already signed up for the competition.

The likes of Alessandro Del Piero, Nicolas Anelka, Luis Garcia, David Trezeguet and former Arsenal star Robert Pires will all appear in the new competition.

Despite Man Utd approving a deal, Anderson is unconvinced, despite being farĀ on the fringes of the first team at Old Trafford.

Anderson has consistently failed to stamp himself on the side at Man Utd, and spent the second half of last season on loan at Fiorentina.
