Man Utd Emerge As Shock Favourites To Sign 26-Year-Old PL Star

Manchester United have emerged as surprise favourites to bring Newcastle United star Tim Krul in to the club, with speculation suggesting that former Netherlands manager Louis van Gaal is keen to be reunited with his former charge, as reported by GiveMeSport.com.

The website has seen the odds drop significantly for the Dutch shot stopper to join Man Utd, with bookie Paddy Power listing the Old Trafford club as 3/1 favourites to sign the Newcastle star. Juventus, Atletico Madrid and Napoli are among the other sides who are expected to sign Krul.

Krul has settled in at Newcastle over the years, firmly establishing himself as the first choice goalkeeper at the club, regularly putting on excellent displays to justify his place in the side.

With Newcastle struggling, however, and no end in sight to their problems, Krul might be more keen to move than he has been in recent seasons.

Man Utd are lacking in quality goalkeeping options aside from David De Gea, and may turn to Krul to alter that.

    1. And do you know where Manchester is? Do you support a club because of its history or attracted to one to bask in former glory. Manu are a business, first and foremost under the double glazers, and have now turned into a Chelski – buying success rather than developing their own being their new modus operandii.

      1. Are you for real. Manchester utd have been buying players of top quality for years fool, I think you are a netball fan??!?!?! Buying success sounds like city, jealousy isn’t good for the soul.

  1. Man united is my favourite club and one of the best in the world.Hopefully we will win the premiere leauge this season with the help of our darling and luving Luis Van Gaal,a world class coach.we luv ur squad.mmmm.

    1. Agree BUT only if the young man puts his heart and soul into his football. He has got amazing talent plus he’s so quick. I also believe he has got it but he must not run before he can walk, he must not let all this go to his head, slowly does it yanny and you’ll have every utd fans dribbling watching you…

    1. Changes, have you noticed these players who have gone playing good for there new clubs it really gets to me why they didn’t do it for UTD really annoying what the helll was happening???? good riddance is what I say. There is still a couple more to clear out as yet though can’t wait to see there replacements go on van gaal wield the axe it’s time!!!!

  2. These summer signings didn’t shock me Blind is a top player it shows his professionalism slotting straight into a misfiring tteam. Shaw he will become top dog at the back believe that..Rojo good Argentine strong and thinks very quickly about what he’s doing…
De-Maria very intelligent and super quick can pass, cross, shoot attack players at pace.. Herrera talented midfielder with also a good thinking mind, very safe feet and a pleasure to watch.. All Iam wondering now is why didn’t the players who were sold /put out on loan have the same mentality????!!!!????? Good job LVG you have alot of bottle breaking up a weak selfish team and very good at getting the best out of players who are now at UTD and those that ate left GOOD JOB so far?!
