Manager Confirms Stunning Arsenal Target Set For January Switch

Arsenal’s hopes of landing Adrien Rabiot, who plays for Paris Saint Germain, have been given a huge boost with the news that his current manager Laurent Blanc believes a sale in January is looking increasingly likely, as reported by the Daily Express.

Rabiot’s contract expires at the end of the season, and the player has been linked to a whole host of Premier League sides. Arsenal are one of them, and the midfielder would slot in perfectly to a side lacking quality in depth in that position.

There was a belief that Arsenal could miss out on the 19 year old, with AS Roma hoping to sign him at the end of the season on a free transfer.

Blanc has, however, said that it goes against PSG’s principles to allow a player to depart for nothing at the end of his deal, and they might instead look for a sale in January, putting Arsenal in an ideal position to secure his signature.

Blanc said: “If we sell Rabiot, it will be in January.

“But there will have to be an agreement with Paris Saint-Germain. Our code of conduct preludes a free transfer.”

  1. I think arsenal have 2 let go of wenga if we want 2 see real foothball in arsenal.d manager is out of ideals cause arsenal is goin worst every day.he,s not usin the players at their best positions, infact worst foothball since the history of the club.

  2. sometimes we as funs feel so frustrated in the way the players are being played ozil was not suppos 2 play becoz he could not fall back 2 cover hecter ox shoul have started wher is rosisky he shoul have taken up 4 jack

  3. I’m totally disappointed identifying myself as an Arsenal fan. As a person, I love Arsenal football club. I think Wenger has already done enough for this great club of ours! GREAT managers act in GREAT ways, and is he among? History will tell. But at the moment, if Arsenal is to join the favourites in competing for trophies, they must look beyond Wenger. Arsenal FC enthusiasts are made to understand that Arsenal is back to her stands, where the club was famous, but reverse is the case. In fact, Wenger’s philosophy has been used and dumped by many elites in the football profession! No good manager is willing to work with assumptions and speculations as does Wenger. Arsenal management should rise up, if they ever want to retain their lost glory by calling it over with Arsene Wenger!!!

  4. wenger’s memory is fading, we arsenal fans once again we don’t know when to get happiness. i think all these nosense to the club are being brought by ill advisers to the coach and himself mis-conception.why can’t wenger learn first !,if the system of using one striker has failed, why not transforming the system of last season. he should know that ozil is not a winger.
