£2.5m A Year Or No Deal: Prodigy Tells Arsenal And Chelsea His Demands – reports

Paris Saint Germain’s young midfielder Adrien Rabiot has revealed to Arsenal and Chelsea that he wants a salary of £2.5 million a year in order to move to the Premier League, as reported by the Daily Express.

Rabiot’s contract with the French champions is set to expire at the end of the season, and he could see himself sold for cheap in January after rejecting a new contract with the Parisian club. Alternatively, it is expected that he will move on a free transfer at the end of the season.

Despite significant interest this summer in the wonderkid, PSG refused to let him depart and join either Premier League side, but there is now a belief that he is set to leave, no matter what.

Reports in France suggest that the 19 year old is expecting a salary of at least £2.5 million annually to move.

Both Juventus and Roma are also keen, but they are not planning to move before the end of the season, when they could sign him for nothing.

This would allow either Arsenal or Chelsea to snap him up on the cheap without much in the way of competition in January.

Rabiot himself is also thought to prefer a switch to England.
