5 Day Deadline Placed On Man Utd Move For Key Transfer Target – Reports

Reports in Italy have suggested that Manchester United have only five more days in which to wrap up a move for World Cup star Juan Cuadrado, as reported by the Daily Star.

Cuadrado’s club Fiorentina have told the clubs that have declared their interest in the transfer of the wing wizard that they have only until the 20th of August to make a move. Should a deal not be completed in that time, Cuadrado would be kept in Serie A until the end of the coming season.

Man Utd were handed a boost recently when the club’s president Andrea Della Valle informed the press that he did not believe he would be able to keep a hold of the Colombian World Cup star. Cuadrado also reportedly asked to leave.

Fiorentina reportedly want £40 million for his transfer, with Man Utd only offering £36 million. Even if they can agree a fee for the player, Barcelona are sniffing around and Cuadrado is said to prefer a move to the Catalan giants.

They have not, however, expressed as much interest as Man Utd, and he could be forced to move to Manchester as a result, should a deal be agreed in time.

  1. CUADRADO- Do LVg/UTD really want to sign this player-investment????
Sometime I have my doubts, bcs UTD are in position to acquire this player by offering 40 million instead of 36 million.
Woodward says Money is no problem, BUT the problem is to attract talented players without the champions League.
Money is the strongest WEAPON, Use it and get along to secure this player bcs time is tickling.
